Jessica Vance
Jessica Vance is an internationally recognized inquiry-based educator and former IB PYP teacher and coordinator. Based in Austin, Texas, she currently serves as Enrichment & Environment Coordinator and supports teachers and school leaders through coaching and professional learning communities. An advocate for student-centered learning, she has authored two books: "Leading with a Lens of Inquiry" and "Evidence of Inquiry". Leading with a Lens of Inquiry explores how educators can adopt an inquiry stance to lead with curiosity, build capacity in others, and transform school culture. Her second book, Evidence of Inquiry, offers practical tools and real classroom examples to help educators make learning visible and student thinking more transparent.
With a background spanning private and public international schools, she brings a collaborative, coaching-focused perspective to her work—empowering teachers to design reflective, curiosity-driven learning environments
